The Long and Short of it: Hair Story

If my hair could speak, it would say stop! Yeah, it's been through it all - and the pictures below do not even show half of it. In less than two years, one year and five months to be exact - it has gone through this:

Dark, no bangs.

Dark, with bangs.

Red.

Then blonde.

Then short and blonde.

Then stark dark again.

So yes, I went all the way back to the beginning (dark). As for the length, can't get it back so fast. I now wish for my long hair again, that curly red head was kinda cute.

What I've learnt through it all:

Blonde is a difficult one. Yeah, yeah, you told me so.
Hair does break. A lot.
Don't colour your hair more than once in three months (or even longer). Really. Read the box. See.
Maybe brown/a shade of red is my preferrence. It's been black most of the time, but it's stark.
Treat your hair kindly.
Say no to 'thinning' your hair out next time Nastassja, you love volume!
I prefer my hair long.

Ah, nostaglia. Hope you're not here to stay.

  4. I've had the same hairstyle since I was 16. Well same combination of hairstyles. Long dark curly hair thats left to hang loose or its tied up in a gastly push back with a big bun (then the bun changes every now and then from neat bun to messy bun to bun that lookjs fake because it has so much volume)

I only ever get creative when my hair is blown. And that, happens maybe twice a year.

I needddddd to change my hairstyle but am nervous ...eish.
